A member will be considered inactive if they meet either condition:

1. Quitting the application

2. No conversation in crew chat for 14+ days

3. Any pattern of disengagement, or behavioral pattern at an attempt to just meet a quota will result in removal

Definitions:

Quitting the application

A member is considered to have quit the application if they meet either of the following: They have not been active on the platform for 14+ days, or They publicly or privately indicate they have quit the platform (status, message, or post but not limited to)

Conversation in crew chat

A “conversation” is defined as a back-and-forth exchange that includes: At least one actual conversation Within a 24-hour period (emoji-only or reaction-only does not count). Statements without such as "Good morning", "Hello", "Hiiii" but not limited to those, with no follow up doesn’t constitute as a conversation.
