Violations of any admin crew rules or code of conduct will result in removal from the crew

- Avoid participating in discussions or decisions that may create a conflict of interest.
- Do not disclose confidential information obtained through your role as an admin.
- Be open to feedback and suggestions: Encourage crew members to share their ideas and be willing to listen to and consider their input.
- Avoid engaging in any behavior that could be perceived as partial or biased.
- Seek the input of other unbiased parties before making a decision when possible

- Be transparent and open about your decision-making processes
- If you are unable to remain impartial, recuse yourself from the situation and allow another admin to handle it.
