Failure to follow the crew conflict resolution process will result in permanent removal from crew.
Attempt to resolve the issue with the parties involved in good faith without invoking escalation and without violating any HR or Ivy rules in the process.
If the issue and/or conflict is a violation of Highrise guidelines please report the issue to highrise and notify an admin/founder.
If the issue requires mediation and/or review from an Ivy admin/founder due to a violation of Ivy crew rules. Please complete an Ivy incident form.
Refrain from posting about issue and/or conflict on feed or in crew chat or other crew communication mediums. Discuss all issues privately with the parties involved , with HR , or with an admin/founder
Do not retaliate with intent to cause harm. Retaliation will result in removal from crew.
