- Leaving crew during voted event is allowed under these circumstances for re-entry:
- Members (1) times over the period of (12) months for any reason
- Senior Members (2) times over the period of (12) months for any reason
- Admin Members (1) times over the period of (12) months for any reason
- Founders (0) times over the period of (12) months for any reason
All ranks reset to member after exhausting the amount of exits allowed per year

Admins will keep track of members that leave the crew.

Admin/Founders have the right to deny re-entry at any time.

Re-entry for any crew members will be prioritized, however, re-entry is not guaranteed.
- Admins/Founders cannot withhold spots for members that have left the crew

Members who leave due to inactivity related to real-life reasons will be able to rejoin in the future, but will still have to join our application queue
- If a member has never applied, they must re-apply if they would like to return to the crew (Members are only required to apply once to be in the queue)
- Returning members will be prioritized when/if there are crew vacancies.

Members must contact an Admin/Founder, informing them of their leave and reasoning before departure
- Leaving the crew without messaging an Admin/Founder to inform them is unfavorable, and may result in a temporary or permanent suspension from the crew. Communication is important.
These rules were put in place to minimize member turnover, and reduce any failure of miscommunication.
