The views and opinions expressed by others within the crew are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of the Ivy, or any affiliated organizations. The Ivy and affiliated organizations are not responsible for any information shared or actions taken by its members.

You are solely responsible for your own actions and interactions within the crew. The Ivy and affiliated organizations will not be held liable for any damages or harm that may result from your participation in the crew.

By participating in the crew, you waive any claims against the Ivy and affiliated organizations for any damages or harm.

The crew members of the Ivy hereby disclaim any liability for any harm or damages that may occur or that may result from their participation or interaction with other members in the crew during the course of their time time in the Ivy.

The Ivy will not be held responsible for any incidents that may occur, regardless of the cause. By joining the Ivy and/or participating in any activities within the Ivy , all crew members acknowledge and accept any inherent risks involved and agree to hold the crew, the founders and the Ivy harmless in the event of any harm or damages.
