If you feel that you have been the victim of sexual harassment, or if you witness someone else being harassed, it is important to speak up and report the incident to highrise, and notify an admin or founder (Speaking up does not imply making posts directly or indirectly targeting the perpetrator, that may be perceived as witch-hunting and may get in the way of addressing the sexual harrassment)
3. Respect the boundaries of others. If someone tells you that they are not interested in a romantic or sexual relationship, it is important to respect their wishes and refrain from pursuing them further.
4. Use appropriate language and imagery. Avoid using language or sharing images that may be sexually suggestive or offensive to others.
5. Understand and respect the diversity of the crew. Everyone has the right to feel safe and respected, regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic.
