1. All crew members should have an equal opportunity to participate in the voting process. This includes having sufficient notice of the vote, access to information about the issue being voted on, and the ability to cast a vote in a private and confidential manner.
  2. Voting should be conducted in a fair and impartial manner, with no coercion or intimidation of crew members by admin or other crew members.
  3. The majority rule should apply, with the exception of certain decisions that may require a supermajority or unanimous vote in which admins/founders must provide notice prior to voting.
  4. It is important for all crew members to respect the outcome of the vote, even if they disagree with it. It is essential for the smooth functioning of the crew that all members work together and support decisions that are made democratically. Failure to abide by the result of a crew vote will result in removal from crew.
  5. If a crew member has concerns about the voting process or the outcome of a vote, they should raise these concerns in a respectful and constructive manner to an admin/founder, rather than disrupting the crew's operations.
