Violations of the code of conduct will result in removal from crew with or without notice.

  1. Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of other crew members. Do not share personal information about other crew members or players without their consent.

  2. Do not engage in bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind. This includes making derogatory comments or jokes, spreading rumors, or engaging in any other behavior that may be hurtful or offensive to others.

  3. Use appropriate language and keep conversations civil. Avoid using profanity, slurs, or other offensive language.

  4. Keep conversations civil and on topic within crew conversations and respect the purpose of the crew. If you want to discuss a different topic that may be perceived as controversial, start a new conversation in private.

  5. Follow the rules and guidelines set by the crew admins and founders. If you have a concern or disagreement with these rules, bring it to the attention of the crew admins or founders in a respectful and constructive manner.

  6. Keep the crew a positive and supportive environment. Encourage and support the efforts of other crew members, and be willing to offer help and advice when needed.

  7. Protect the reputation of the crew and its members. Do not engage in behavior that could reflect poorly on the crew or its members.

  8. Follow the terms of service and community guidelines of Highrise. Do not engage in any activities that violate these terms or could potentially lead to removal from the crew.

  9. Report any inappropriate or concerning behavior to the crew admins or founders. Do not try to handle situations that impact crew yourself, as this could potentially escalate the issue.

  10. Do not under any circumstances partake in activities that escalate conflicts or create division within the crew. Doing so could result in removal from the crew.

  11. Be an active and engaged member of the crew. Participate in conversations and contribute to the community in a meaningful way.
